Teenage Helpline
Teenage Helpline is a national charity that supports young people. The charity runs peer to peer mentoring, provides advice and support, and aims to provide young people with a safe space so they can achieve their best potential.
Brief
Teenage Helpline wanted a PR and communications audit, new PR strategy and help to ensure its messages reach as many young people, parents, carers, health workers and teachers as possible.
Our Activity
We worked very closely with the charity to understand its priority stakeholders, the data it had within the organisation and to refine key messages. We delivered social media campaigns to help Teenage Helpline raise awareness about its services and to connect the charity to funders, donors, and other important stakeholders. Our recommendations are now being implemented and driving forward the high quality mentoring the charity provides. Results
Testimonial
'“As a small charity, working with Altitude has been invaluable to us. It can be difficult keeping momentum when you are completely volunteer led, but the agency team have been excellent, and are a great extension of our internal charity team. Also importantly, and as a firm believer in communications going beyond ‘doing stuff’, the team have acted as an advisor on our offering using communications data to see where any blockers might lie in us reaching our goals. It has helped us focus our ambitions and will mean we reach an increased audience and will be able to help a larger number of young people through their problems.”
